Sometimes it’s the seemingly small things that have a meaningful impact on a school day. With safety protocols in place, Rowe School needed to find new ways to deal with situations that would generally be commonplace. Your PTO was happy to help fund extra playground equipment for each classroom to reduce contact of items among students as well as cones and rope for creating different zones on the playground. We were also able to purchase mask lanyards for each student to limit loss and mixing of masks and Play-Doh for individual first graders to keep hands focused and assist with social distancing during transition times throughout the day.
